Now you can quickly add a show that looks interesting to your calendar.

In my defense, I’ve been going to a lot of shows, so that’s good at least.

To get back into it, I’ve corrected the email issue, and added a band search on the bands page.  Hooray!

Also have been doing some thinking about future plans for thesqueakerbox., and here’s what’s next:

Better band list:  this is much needed.  I’m thinking about making it three “tabs” with a listing of just your bands, all bands, and then  . . . recommended bands!

This is going to take a good chunk of work, but think how great it will be when you can find bands similar to bands you already like and then see when they’re playing near you.

You asked for an alphabetical sort of ‘my bands’, which made a lot of sense, and was really just an oversight.  Anyway, it’s there now.

The other main feature was a link to each band’s website on their page, so as you’re browsing bands, you can check them out online.

Fixed a few bugs too.

The idea of thesqueakerbox started forming when I thought, what if there was a place online where you could find local and indie shows as easily as you can find the big bands?

So I made one. Nothing too fancy, just local shows.  Sign up, follow the bands that you like, and get an email when they add a show near you.
